Gail was born and educated in London, escaping to the country whenever possible enabling her to love both worlds. She lives in the Cotswolds and with her family is still involved with the equine world. I was not till 2001 that Gail accepted a last-minute invitation to join a painting holiday with her artist friend Clare Inskip that her artistic journey began.
With no formal art training, she reveals her skill, working with dedication and patience to develop her techniques in a wide range of subject matters, with a particular focus on animal movement and architectural scenes.
Gail has pursued her passion by attending courses both in Britain and abroad, with guidance notably from Clare Inskip, Massimo Lippi, Vince Tutton, Raffaello Romanelli.
More recently, she has discovered a love, with enthusiasm and talent for sculpturing producing a collection of powerful works in a variety of techniques, Many of these have been reproduced in Bronze and are very sought after by private collectors at home and internationally.
